Custom or personalized items take anywhere from 10 days to 2 months just to be made.

Express Next day shipping - 1-2 business days after processing for 2-3 business days.
Package that states delivered yet are missing.
We are sorry to hear you have not received your order, and tracking indicates it has been delivered.
Sometimes shipping companies tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days.
Please note we offer a no-signature-required delivery service which means if no one were home at the time of delivery, the package would be left in a secure location around your home. We urge that you check your mailbox around your home and with neighbors to see if they collected it in error.
