At Icelynn Jewels, each piece is curated and packaged with love, care, and attention to detail.
Because of the intimate nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
However, we are happy to assist with exchanges or replacements in qualifying cases.


All Sales Are Final

All items purchased from Icelynn Jewels are final sale and non-refundable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once jewelry has been shipped.
This ensures every customer receives a brand-new, unworn piece.

Exchanges & Replacements

We gladly offer exchanges or replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or

  • You contact us within 10 days of your package’s delivery confirmation.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unworn, untouched, and in its original packaging (including box, tags, and pouch).

  • You must provide photo or video proof of the issue.

  • Exchange approval must be confirmed by our support team before the item is returned.

Once approved, we will send a replacement of equal value or store credit if the same piece is no longer available.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email info@icelynnjewels.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Wait for confirmation before shipping the item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, as each piece is specially crafted just for you.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit.


Sale & Promotional Items

All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless defective.


Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your approved exchange or replacement once we receive the returned item.
